In 1987-1992, he graduated from the Kazakh State University named after Al-Farabi, Faculty of Biology, specializing in geobotany. In the same year, at the invitation of the Kazakh Research Institute of Karakul Sheep Breeding, he was accepted as a senior researcher in the laboratory of remote sensing of pastures in the department of pastures and forage production. From 1992 to 2011, he worked as a leading researcher in the department of pastures and forage production. In 2006, he defended his PhD thesis on the topic "The influence of anthropogenic factors on pasture plants of South-Eastern Kyzylkum" and received a PhD in Biology. From 2011 to 2018, he held the position of head of the pasture and forage production department. From 2018 to 2021, he worked at the South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University as a senior lecturer, professor of the university, which was subsequently transferred to Silkway International University. From 2021 to 2024, he worked as an associate professor in the Department of Biology and Geography at the South Kazakhstan University named after M. Auezov.
